Job Overview

This role is situated within the Agency Performance and System Support Unit, with a focus on leading a team to develop an in-depth understanding of the local community service environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a defined team in providing expert advice and recommendations on a specific program or area-based focus, aligned with organisational goals.
  • Resolve complex operational problems relating to community service organisations and Service Agreement issues affecting the team.
  • Collaborate with relevant managers to manage resource allocation and outputs required of the work area to achieve service delivery goals.
Selection Criteria
  1. Expertise in programme management, including strategic planning and implementation.
  2. Proven leadership skills, with experience in managing teams and resources.
  3. Ability to resolve complex operational problems and improve service delivery outcomes.
