Professional Property Conveyancer

- Maintaining strong relationships with clients throughout the conveyancing process is essential for delivering excellent customer service.
- Close and manage files according to company protocols.
- Attend settlements as required, utilising excellent time management skills to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
- Prepare conveyancing instruments, demonstrating a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Utilise conveyancing software to facilitate smooth settlements.
- Maintain positive client relationships through effective communication and professionalism.
To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:
- An Advanced Diploma of Conveyancing or currently studying towards this qualification.
- Previous experience in conveyancing/file management is advantageous but not mandatory.
- A current National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain one.
- A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for occasional driving requirements.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong time management skills with a focus on delivering results under pressure.
