- Develop and implement individualized plans to promote personal recovery and empowerment.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support.
- Work in partnership with participants, families, carers, and supporters to foster a strengths-based and trauma-informed approach.
- Contribute to a learning and development culture, prioritizing growth, reflective practice, and self-care.
- Bachelor of Occupational Therapy degree.
- AHPRA registration and registration with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia.
- Relevant theoretical knowledge, skills, and/or experience in mental health occupational therapy.
- Knowledge of the mental health sector, including roles and workings of mental health teams and community resources.
- Understanding of recovery-oriented mental health practice and ability to engage participants in individualized plans.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
