Job Description

We guide organizations through transformational changes in safety, risk, and resilience. Our services fall into three core areas: operational risk management, operational excellence, and sustainability.

  • Deliver real results for clients across various industries, including metals, chemicals, oil, gas, power, utilities, agriculture, food, beverage, industrial, manufacturing, and private equity.
  • Prioritize client needs, protect what they care about, transform their organization, and sustain the changes required to make their vision a reality.
Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage strong consulting skills to enhance impact in client engagements.
  • Work with managers to prepare technical and commercial proposals.
  • Independently manage end-to-end projects, identify areas of improvement, and design effective solutions.
  • Undertake and lead analysis, preparing reports and presentations for client engagements and business development.
  • Engage clients across scoping, proposal preparation, project management, and implementation at their sites.
  • Lead clients through meetings, interviews, and workshops at various stages of the project lifecycle.
  • Develop strong industry knowledge, stay abreast with current trends, pricing, and new technology related to industry or technical practice.
  • Identify project critical paths, risks, mitigation plans, and issues management.
  • Collaborate with Senior Subject Matter Experts to assist in delivering and co-delivering workstreams.
Internal Responsibilities
  • Build relationships regionally and participate in global technical communities to ensure a network of resources.
  • Contribute to methodology development and engage with peers to support continued intellectual property enhancement.
  • Participate in functional and/or industry networks to develop and share best practices, enhance dss+ intellectual property, and share thought leadership.
