About the Role

As a Lead CPPM Planner, you will be part of our Enterprise Mining Probabilistic team, responsible for developing and updating the 150-day schedule and integrating it with the annual/forecast and 90-day project plan. You will work closely with a core group to achieve this goal, conducting probabilistic evaluations, developing schedules, and integrating them into the rolling 90-day project plan.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct probabilistic evaluations of the schedule and maintain deterministic synchronization
  • Develop a 150-day schedule, including physicals and haulage, and integrate it into the rolling 90-day project plan
  • Evaluate options to maintain and accelerate critical path
About You

We are looking for individuals with practical mining operational experience, a proven commitment to safety, and strong communication skills. You will be able to identify, engage, and manage a range of stakeholders, and possess good time management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities. Proficiency in Spry scheduling software is highly regarded.
