Job Opportunity: Orthodontic Support Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to provide chairside assistance to our orthodontists and dental specialists.

This full-time role involves managing the flow of patients, scheduling, and diary management, as well as building and maintaining relationships with patients and their families.

The ideal candidate will have experience in chairside assisting, preferably in orthodontics, sales skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

They should also be capable of working quickly and multitasking, and have successfully completed the HSC.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our orthodontists and dental specialists, contributing to the delivery of high-quality patient care.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing chairside support to orthodontists and dental specialists
  • Managing patient flow, scheduling, and diary coordination
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with patients and their families
  • Record keeping, treatment planning, and administrative tasks
  • Consulting with patients on their orthodontic treatment options
  • Coordinating laboratory work and appliance fabrication

**Requirements:**

  • Chairside assisting experience (preferably in orthodontics)
  • Sales experience and enthusiasm to grow our business
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive personality and ability to work quickly and multitask
  • Successfully completed the HSC
