Mahendra's Indian Cuisine, an established restaurant in Acacia Ridge, is seeking a skilled Senior Indian Cuisine Chef to start work as soon as possible.

We are looking for someone with formal training and qualifications, preferably in Southern and Northern Indian cuisine.

Key responsibilities will include producing a wide variety of dishes, communicating with suppliers to place orders for food supplies, ensuring food safety requirements, maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen environment, working evenings and weekends, and maintaining composure under pressure during busy times.

The ideal candidate will have the intention to work with us on a long-term basis and be willing to adapt to changing situations.

This role offers a competitive salary, estimated at $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits may include opportunities for professional growth and development, as well as a positive and supportive work environment.
