Leadership Role:
Take on a leadership role within our team and drive continuous improvement in centre operations.
About the Position:
- As a leader, you will inspire and motivate your team to provide high-quality early learning and care.
- You will collaborate with our dedicated leadership team and build respectful relationships with families and the local community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the leadership of the team to provide exceptional childcare services.
- Mentor and develop the skills of your team members.
- Be responsible for the overall management of the centre when the Director is absent.
- Implement our Practice Guide across the centre.
