Job Opportunity:

This is a unique chance to lead a team in delivering exceptional guest experiences, serving bold food and drinks while supporting self-led service through kiosks, QR ordering, and grab-and-go options.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the host team, setting the tone for genuine guest interactions.
  • They will run shifts with energy, clarity, and care, guiding and supporting the team to deliver outstanding service standards.
  • They must demonstrate full knowledge of the menu and beverages, helping guests with descriptions and recommendations.
  • They will take ownership of service recovery using the LEAST model and closing the loop on any guest concerns.
  • Collaboration with other departments is essential to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Supporting small group events and activations is also required.
  • Coaching and mentoring team members to foster a culture of inclusion and continuous improvement is crucial.

About You:

  • You have experience as a supervisor or team leader in a hotel, café, or casual dining venue.
  • You possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • You are confident in your knowledge of food and beverages, with the ability to train and guide others.
  • You have a collaborative approach and willingness to support other departments when needed.
  • You are passionate about providing authentic service and leadership.
