Job Overview

Our company is seeking a skilled and experienced MuleSoft Integration Specialist to drive the strategic direction and delivery of Salesforce projects. This role is key in ensuring project success, aligning with client expectations and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Designing MuleSoft integration solutions based on business requirements.
  • Developing and implementing MuleSoft APIs and connectors.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration.
  • Providing technical guidance and support to development teams.
  • Monitoring and optimising MuleSoft integrations for performance and scalability.
  • Defining and executing capability plans to create a culture of success, including team growth, performance, and development.
  • Leading strategic planning around opportunity and product roadmaps to ensure efficient collaboration with partners.
  • Engaging with clients to understand their business requirements and integration needs.
  • Providing pre-sales support, including solution design and proposal development.
  • Overseeing the development and implementation of MuleSoft integration projects.
  • Collaborating with development teams to ensure high-quality, scalable, and efficient solutions.
  • Conducting code reviews and providing technical guidance to developers.
  • Defining and implementing quality assurance testing strategies and ensuring the quality of MuleSoft solutions.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of proven experience in MuleSoft integration and API management.
  • MuleSoft Certified Developer and MuleSoft Certified Architect certifications are highly desirable.
  • Technical expertise in designing and developing state-of-the-art MuleSoft solutions and being up-to-date with the latest integration and technology trends.
  • Demonstrable experience driving growth, managing commercial operations, and leading innovation.
  • Excellent people skills, commercial acumen, and a solid understanding of software professional services delivery.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
