As a key member of our Foster and Kinship Care team, you will be responsible for providing social support services to children, young people, and their caregivers.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Undertaking carer assessments and developing individualized support plans;
  • Providing ongoing support and guidance to caregivers and children;
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective interventions;
  • Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of children and young people through comprehensive risk assessments and management plans.

To succeed in this role, you will require a relevant tertiary qualification in social work, psychology, or a related field, and at least two years' experience in a similar position. You will also possess a current motor vehicle license, ability and willingness to travel, and satisfactory National Crime Check results.
