Job Overview

An experienced Business Systems Analyst is sought to drive strategic system enhancements and process improvements.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of system upgrades and business process optimisation initiatives.
  • Ensure best practice in inventory management, maintenance planning, and production processes meet business needs.
  • Assist in creating strategies for system integration and process automation to enhance business efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using SQL and other technologies to inform data-driven decision making.
  • Align business systems with the organization's overall strategic objectives.
  • Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience supporting and managing business systems.
  • Experience with InspHire Corporate required.
