The role of the Educational Leader is a vital part in inspiring, motivating and challenging educators to enhance their practice. This position involves collaborative inquiry and reflection, significantly impacting the work of educators with children and families.
This blended role combines on-floor and off-floor activities, dedicating time to enhancing educational practices, guiding and mentoring educators, and working with the leadership team. We value the impact you can make as an Educational Leader in helping children reach their full potential alongside our educators and families.
You will have opportunities to attend monthly meetings to connect and discuss best practices with others, providing support for your success in this role.
- Experience in leading teams and possessing relevant qualifications such as a Diploma or Early Childhood Teacher registration are essential.
- A minimum of two years demonstrated leadership experience is required.
- Team-based, hands-on collaboration approach to practices is expected.
- Strong communication and connection skills with families are necessary.
- Understanding of current regulations and frameworks is also required.
