Job Overview:

This role is pivotal in spearheading a culture of continuous improvement across the audio division, with a focus on enhancing content output, craftsmanship and growing the audience base.

  • Deliver targeted training support, coaching and feedback to programmers, encompassing talk, podcasts, music and sport programming
  • Design and facilitate workshops as well as provide highly specialized feedback to presenters and producers on ways to improve the quality of content and presentation
  • Liaise with heads of audio networks, managers and content directors on issues of quality and the development needs of teams and individuals

As a member of the Audio Quality team, you will possess exceptional leadership, negotiation and communication skills with significant experience in planning and delivering innovative and original content across all platforms.
