Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive experience for patients
  • Support the dental team with administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and managing patient records
  • Assist with clinical operations, including preparation of surgery, cleaning and sterilisation, and supporting clinicians in surgery
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and assist with billing and insurance claims
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve practice goals and objectives
