Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily operations of the Food and Beverage division
  • Maintain exceptional service standards across all F&B areas, including our Restaurant, Conference and Events, In-Room Dining, and Bar
  • Drive high-performance by motivating and coordinating the Food and Beverage team to meet guest expectations
  • Communicate key information to senior leadership
  • Promptly address any guest concerns or special requests to ensure satisfaction
  • Conduct team training to align with premium brand and service standards
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to support menu implementation
  • Monitor rosters and staffing schedules to meet operational requirements
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Food and Beverage, preferably within a luxury hotel environment
  • Passion for delivering exceptional hospitality experiences
  • Enthusiasm for crafting high-quality food and beverage experiences
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on teamwork
  • Emotional intelligence and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Staff rostering and scheduling expertise
  • Excellent leadership and team working skills
  • Ability to problem solve in fast-paced environments and resolve guest complaints
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food handling best practices
  • Proven ability to lead motivated teams
  • Understanding of food and beverage operations, inventory, and ordering
  • Able to motivate and engage teams through positive leadership
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, weekends, and public holidays
