Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Kitchenhand to join our team at Phillip Island. As a key member of our Food & Beverage Department, you'll be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, hygiene, and support in the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide and maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
  • Carry out key daily tasks in the Food & Beverage Department
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to contribute to the company vision
  • Ensure all equipment is ready for use in food preparation
  • Report maintenance issues promptly
  • Work a flexible roster, including weekends and school holiday periods

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role in a resort or hotel environment
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Positive attitude and initiative
