Your Key Responsibilities

• Provide and maintain a high standard of cleanliness, hygiene, and support in the kitchen.
• Carry out key daily tasks in the Food & Beverage Department.
• Deliver a high level of customer service to actively contribute to the company vision of putting the world on vacation.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a similar role within a kitchen in a Resort/Hotel environment is highly desired.
• Ensure all equipment is ready to be used in food preparation.
• Ensure that the kitchen is always well maintained and all maintenance items are reported immediately.
• Able to demonstrate exceptional customer service.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Display a positive attitude and show initiative.
• Ability to work a flexible roster, including weekends and school holiday periods.
