This is an exciting opportunity to partner with our Support Office in Richmond, where you will be responsible for managing all safety and wellbeing initiatives across our 170+ restaurants nationwide.

Job Description:

You will lead the technical component of our team, ensuring our systems, processes, data and documentation are fit for purpose and meet internal and external requirements.

You will develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures in line with relevant legislation and industry best practice.

You will develop and execute safety, health and wellbeing training and awareness programs to promote a strong safety culture across the organization.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing crisis situations - conducting investigations on incidents and accidents, developing recommendations for improvement.
  • Owning all communications relating to safety, health and wellbeing.
  • Reporting and data integrity management.
Requirements:

We are looking for someone with relevant qualifications in Health and Safety and experience working in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong technical safety, health and wellbeing skills and experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing health and safety policies and procedures.
  • A solid understanding of State and Territory legislative requirements.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

This is a full-time position requiring full-time Australian working rights on an ongoing basis.
