The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring an efficient, safe, and cost-effective working environment for all activities. Key responsibilities include managing site shared services, controlling costs, and overseeing compliance with company standards and procedures.

  • Ensure provision of a safe and efficient working environment
  • Manage site shared services and operations staff on a daily basis
  • Manage site shared services expenditure, targeting opportunities for cost savings
  • Ensure compliance with company financial standards and procedures
  • Support compliance with company health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards and procedures
  • Manage office churn requirements and allocation of physical resources
  • Manage office fitouts and renovation activities
  • Manage building core elements and utilities
  • Manage site maintenance and service contracts
  • Maintain current records of facilities assets and services
  • Oversee external contractors on site

You'll have strong administration skills, effective people management skills, and the ability to work independently. Relevant experience and demonstrated ability in contractor management, asset maintenance, and emergency procedures are essential.
