The RBS Finance team operates as a business partner, integrated with product and distribution businesses while maintaining objectivity and independence in analysis and advice. Our Major work functions include planning, reporting, and decision support to line management, promoting operational efficiency, productivity delivery, and customer service quality.

We are seeking a talented Financial Reporting Manager to join our RBS Performance Management team, responsible for providing financial support and advice to the RBS business. As a trusted business partner, you will drive business performance by delivering valuable advice that aligns with our company goals.

This role involves all aspects of the annual reporting cycle, including budget setting, plan loads, monthly actuals reporting, forecast submissions, plan transfers, and financial processes. You will also be responsible for producing analysis and insights to drive Product performance and strategy, answering ad hoc queries from the Product Finance team and business, building strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, and actively contributing to process improvement and cross-skilling across the RBS Finance team.

We're looking for someone with strong experience in financial performance management, problem-solving, and analytical skills. You should have high commercial acumen, Excel and PowerPoint technical skills, and a results-driven approach. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to prioritize and manage multiple deliverables.
