Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Ice Cream Specialist to join our team in a fast-paced pastry kitchen.

This role involves producing high-quality ice cream and related products for various outlets, including retail stores and wholesale customers.

About the Role

This is a full-time permanent position requiring a minimum of 2-5 years experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ice cream production processes and be able to work independently when required.

The ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain attention to detail is essential. A positive attitude and enthusiasm for ongoing skill development are also highly valued.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Produce high-quality ice cream and other frozen desserts to meet customer demands.
  2. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
  3. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  4. Develop and implement new recipes and product lines to enhance our offerings.
What We Offer

This role comes with a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you can expect:

Work Arrangements
