Breakfast Operations Leader

We seek a skilled and experienced chef to oversee the preparation, production, and presentation of breakfast service in a fast-paced hotel kitchen environment.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a CDP or strong Demi Chef in a high-volume hotel setting, especially in buffet operations for large groups of up to 600 pax. Responsibilities will include supervising a team of chefs and stewards, ensuring quality, timeliness, and compliance with health and safety standards.

  • Lead a team of chefs and stewards to manage the breakfast kitchen, including mise-en-place, service readiness, and cleanliness.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sous Chef and Executive Chef on menu planning, rostering, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.
