Home Support Worker Job

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team in Theresa Park, NSW. The successful candidate will work with clients in need of at-home care, providing assistance with daily living activities, personal care, and companionship.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining a safe and healthy environment through light housekeeping and cleaning tasks.
  • Assisting clients with household chores, errands, and other daily activities.
  • Preparing meals and assisting with feeding according to specific dietary requirements.
  • Providing companionship and stimulation for clients, including reading, walks, and accompanying them to appointments.
  • Transporting clients to appointments and observing changes in their condition.

Requirements:

  • First Aid certification (HLTAID003, HLTAID011, HLTAID004, HLTAID012).
  • NDIS Worker Screening ID or AU National Police Check.
  • COVID-19 fully vaccinated with booster.
  • Cert III/IV in Aged Care, Disability, Individual Support, or Nursing.
  • Comprehensive car insurance with the worker's name listed as main driver or insured driver.
  • Full driver licence and car registration.
