Senior Clinical Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team.
About the Role:
- Provide expert clinical advice, organizational leadership, and consultancy services within the nursing specialty across multiple service groups, target populations, and healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, consumers, and partners within the Far West Local Health District and NSW Health.
The Successful Candidate Will:
- Have at least 5 years of full-time equivalent post-registration clinical experience, including 3 years in the specialty, with relevant postgraduate qualifications (Rehabilitation, Stroke, or Cardiovascular Disease).
- Be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Have experience in leading quality improvement, practice development, and evidence-based practice.
- Have clinical expertise and leadership in stroke and/or rehabilitation.
- Be able to identify educational needs and develop educational resources for patients, clients, and healthcare professionals.
- Commitment to working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander patients and communities to improve health outcomes.
- Have a current NSW driver's license and ability to drive for work purposes.
