Business Operations Manager
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business and program success while ensuring contract compliance requirements are met.
You will be confident with financial planning and management, able to demonstrate experience in these areas. We are looking for a dynamic leader with significant management experience in recreation, leisure, fitness or sport industry to drive success.
The successful candidate will have an understanding of and experience in gym operations, sales and health and wellness programs. They will also have significant industry knowledge and experience of facility management responsibility at Manager level or similar.
The role involves managing staff, developing and managing budgets, directing and overseeing the planning, development, implementation and evaluation of programs that reflect the needs of the local community.
