Community Fitness Leader

The Gunyama Park Aquatic and Recreation Centre is a multi-purpose facility in the heart of Green Square. We are seeking dynamic fitness professionals who are passionate about motivating and inspiring the community.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Providing access to active lifestyles for the community
  • Prioritizing safety, wellness, and inclusion
  • Delivering excellent customer service and supporting members
  • Participating in sustainability initiatives and increasing attendance

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of current health and fitness procedures and practices
  • Experience in personal training with diverse clients
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Cert IV in Personal Training or equivalent
  • Current fitness registration with a relevant authority
  • Current Senior First Aid and CPR Certificates
  • A valid Working With Children Check
  • A friendly, proactive attitude with a drive to succeed
