We're seeking a skilled and dedicated leader to manage our residential aged care facilities. This is an exceptional opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of residents, their families, and our staff.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a team in providing outstanding care and creating a warm, supportive environment for residents, families, and staff.

The successful candidate will have:

  • a proven track record of success in management roles
  • commercial acumen and a collaborative style of management
  • a background in aged or medical care
  • experience working with various systems

This role requires a strong business leader who can inspire their team to excel while maintaining efficiency and operational safety.
