About the Role:
  • Supporting the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Upholding and assisting in the implementation of company policies, procedures, and health and safety standards.
  • Leading by example in delivering the customer experience and training, coaching, and motivating the store team.
  • Driving sales and achieving store targets through exceptional customer service, effective delegation, and efficient task management.
  • Supporting in the execution of visual merchandising, brand directives, and promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the development and implementation of store strategies to achieve sales growth and maximize profitability.

• Lead and manage the store team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide an exceptional customer experience.

• Foster strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and implement changes that benefit the business.

• Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and execute visual merchandising plans that drive sales and enhance the shopping experience.
