Job Summary
We are seeking a Permanent Part Time Enrolled Nurse in Aged Care to join our dedicated care teams. As an Enrolled Nurse, you will work closely with Registered Nurses and Care Staff to lead the delivery of exceptional care outcomes. If you are passionate about aged care, have an ability to work shift work and weekends, and want to make a difference in the lives of others, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of exceptional care outcomes in collaboration with Registered Nurses and Care Staff.
- Work closely with the care team to ensure the highest level of care is provided to residents.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and other stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans that meet the individual needs of residents.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to maintain and enhance clinical knowledge and skills.
Requirements
- A Diploma of Nursing and current first aid certificate.
- Strong clinical knowledge and ability to lead and supervise a small team.
- Ability to work hard and care safely.
- Commitment to working as part of a team and delivering exceptional care outcomes.
