Enrolled Nurse

We are seeking an Enrolled Nurse to join our team at Whiddon, a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to providing high-quality care to our residents. As an Enrolled Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering person-centred care and contributing to the overall well-being of our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality clinical care to residents, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualised care plans.
- Provide education and support to residents and their families on health and wellness topics.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
