About the Role

Pace Farm is seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager to lead our procurement function and drive value through effective supply chain management.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing and implementing procurement strategies that align with our business goals and objectives.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Your expertise in procurement and supply chain management will enable you to drive cost savings, improve efficiency, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with business goals and objectives
  • Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery, and service
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to secure favourable terms for the company
  • Implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements
  • Conduct regular supplier reviews to ensure suppliers meet quality and delivery standards
  • Work across the business to understand business needs and requirements
  • Analyse procurement data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Provide support to ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements
About You

We are looking for a driven and experienced Procurement Manager who can lead our procurement function and drive value through effective supply chain management.

You will thrive in a collaborative and inclusive work environment and have a strong background in manufacturing or FMCG, with at least 2 years in a managerial or team leader role.

Your expertise in procurement and supply chain management, combined with your strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and collaborative approach, will enable you to make a significant impact on our supply chain operations.
