About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Cadet in South Australia. As a Sales Cadet, you will play a key role in supporting our sales consultants in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our valued customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work closely with sales consultants to understand our sales process and methodology, and execute with excellence in the allocated area of responsibility.
  • Assist with administrative functions, such as competitor activity reports and ordering supplies.
  • Attend team meetings and contribute positively to discussions.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services to deal confidently with customer queries.
  • Identify opportunities to secure new business or support retention, and provide a quality service to customers.
  • Deal with customer queries and investigate and resolve issues.
  • Assist with the preparation and completion of sales documentation.

  • The ability to work under pressure with multiple tasks/projects to meet critical time-lines.
  • Flexibility to travel to multiple work locations and work varying hours, including after hours, weekends, and public holidays.
