About the Role

You will be supported to develop your skills and knowledge in civil engineering, with a focus on practical application. You will have the chance to work on various projects throughout our business, gaining hands-on experience and contributing to the success of our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist experienced engineers in planning, designing, and managing construction projects
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify and implement process improvements

Requirements

  • Completed NCEA Level 2 with a minimum of 48 credits at Level 2
  • Strong interest and ability in mathematics and science
  • Ideally have a full driver's licence with no restrictions
  • No previous relevant work experience required
  • Good communication skills, driven/self-motivated, enthusiastic, and a hard worker
