Job Title: Technology Domain Leader

The Technology Domain Manager position presents a compelling opportunity to lead and shape the technical strategy within the Technology division.

About the Role

This role requires exceptional leadership skills, strategic thinking, and expertise in technology management. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving technical innovation, developing and implementing technology strategies, and overseeing the delivery of technology projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of technology strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technology initiatives.
  • Oversee the design, development, and deployment of technology solutions.
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and internal teams.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in technology management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering technology projects on time, within budget, and to desired quality standards.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with agile project management methodologies.
