Create your best future and join Westpac as a Technology Domain Owner.

This position is accountable for delivering proof points, milestones, and managing solution risks within appetite for Customer Solutions Technology including Fraud and Scam, Deceased Estates, Complaints. It involves delivering business and technology outcome in a fast-paced environment including help making key service and product decisions. The role also includes people leadership, strategic workforce planning, and building capability in Customer Solution Technology domain to drive higher maturity standards.

What do I need?

  • 10+ years of domain experience in Fraud and Scam and broader Financial Crime technology.
  • Experience in technology delivery aligned to Scaled Agile delivery framework (SAFe) with strong focus on domain risk and controls management.
  • Experience in delivering contemporary workflow solutions is desirable.
  • Strong background in people leadership, with over a decade of leading high-performing teams.
  • Exposure in delivering DevSecOps, system integration, and Gen AI / Agentic AI delivery.
  • At least 5 years of experience managing senior stakeholders, including up to GM level.
