About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our team in the Hunter Valley, NSW. This is a permanent full-time role with a 10-hour day shift roster.

Job Description

As an Electrical Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing preventative and general electrical maintenance of fixed plant equipment. Your duties will include fault finding, diagnostics, and breakdowns of LV and control systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining and repairing electrical equipment and systems
  • Performing routine inspections and testing to ensure equipment is functioning correctly
  • Identifying and addressing potential issues before they become major problems
  • Collaborating with other technicians and tradespeople to achieve maintenance goals
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate III in Electrotechnology + NSW Certificate of Proficiency
  • A NSW Electrical Licence
  • An Australian Drivers Licence
  • Experience in fault finding, diagnostics, and breakdowns of LV and control systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
