We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Domestic Care Workers. Your primary role will be to provide essential care services to our residents, working closely with Personal Care Workers to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide basic mobility assistance, such as walking with residents or propelling their wheelchairs.
  • Assist with meal delivery and removal of dishes/meal trays.
  • Supervise residents in memory support units.
  • Stock residents' individual continence bags.
  • Apply moisturizing skin creams.
  • Assist residents with glasses, hearing aids, and other personal items.
  • Clean resident rooms and complete laundry duties.
  • Offer emotional support to residents and assist their families/visitors.
  • Accompany residents to activities and help them engage in meaningful pursuits.
Requirements:
  • Current NDIS Worker Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
  • Unlimited working rights in Australia.
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Compassion and empathy.
  • Familiarity with resident rights, Aged Care Accreditation Standards, and Outcomes (desired but not required).
