Machine Operator Position

We are seeking skilled machine operators for a full-time role on day shift at our Virginia site. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who excel in challenging environments and can provide effective solutions to complex problems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Setting up, operating, and troubleshooting of equipment within safety, quality, and performance standards.
  • Working on highly automated machinery with experience in a similar role required (FMCG preferred).
  • Cleaning equipment and surrounding work areas.
  • Mechanically minded with exposure to manual handling.
  • Supporting the crew with product changeovers and line shut-downs.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Previous machine operating experience required, preferably within a FMCG environment.
  • Able to work independently and as a team member.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and a proven ability to troubleshoot machines, as well as understanding operational principles.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Able to manual handle up to 20kg.
  • Able to work varied shifts from Monday to Friday with overtime when applicable.
