About the Role

Exciting opportunity for a day shift machine operator at Arnott's Virginia. This is a role for someone who can operate machinery in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment, working on a biscuit production line including mixing, forming, baking, and packaging processes. If you thrive on challenges and can provide practical solutions to complex problems, this role is for you.

What Your Day Looks Like
  • Work autonomously and as a team member to deliver daily production requirements against performance criteria.
  • Set up, changeovers, operating and troubleshooting of equipment within Arnott's OH&S, Quality and Performance Standards.
  • Perform process area cleaning to maintain company compliance, GMP and HACCP standards.
The Ingredients for Success
  • Previous automated machine operating experience in a food manufacturing environment is highly regarded though not essential. Demonstrated ability to learn these skills is advantageous.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and a proven ability to troubleshoot machines and solve product quality attributes.
  • Able to complete a full medical and mechanical aptitude testing upon request.
