We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Care Worker. This role involves providing high-quality care to individuals with intellectual disabilities in residential settings.

  • This position requires the ability to deliver personalized care, teach daily living skills, and maintain positive relationships with service users.
About the Position
  • We are looking for someone who has a degree in Applied Social Studies/Social Care or a relevant qualification.
  • Previous experience working with adults/children with intellectual disabilities is essential.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent organization and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and supervise staff/service users.
  • A full manual driving license is also required.
Main Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional care to service users, meeting their physical and emotional needs.
  • Teach daily living skills through engaging activities and support.
  • Maintain strong relationships with service users, promoting independence and dignity.
  • Ensure accurate records of service user documentation are kept up-to-date.
Requirements
  • Degree in Applied Social Studies/Social Care or equivalent.
  • Experience working with adults/children with intellectual disabilities.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Full manual driving license.
