We are seeking a skilled professional to manage workers compensation claims and work in partnership with injured workers and their employers to achieve best practice outcomes.
- Manage a portfolio of workers compensation claims in line with scheme regulation.
- Work with stakeholders to achieve optimal results.
- Ensure timeframes and compliance measures are adhered to in line with legislation and company policy.
As a case manager, you will be empowered to take a holistic approach to provide positive customer connections.
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience in workers compensation.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A resilient approach to work and the ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
