**Electrical Project Engineer Role Overview**

We are seeking skilled Electrical Project Engineers to join our team in Western Australia. These roles will be best suited to professionals with a background in construction or the resource sector.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Ensure work undertaken complies with the scope and meets operational requirements.
  • Develop project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Supervise electrical discipline work and ensure it meets quality, cost, and time constraints.
  • Monitor progress and identify potential problems in respect of budgets, schedules, engineering standards.
  • Monitor and identify risks and drive implementations of appropriate controls and mitigations.
  • Develop and implement project controls and specifications, schedules, and cost estimates.
  • Interface with clients and cultivate positive relations to achieve effective communication and collaboration across teams.

**Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in electrical project engineering and management.
  • Demonstrated experience in working on engineering projects within the mining industry.
  • Previous experience interfacing with clients and strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven project management skills and demonstrated ability to deliver work within agreed budget, timeframe, and customer requirements.
