About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Landscape Architect to join our team as an Assistant Director of Landscape Architecture. This is a unique opportunity to lead and manage landscape architecture projects, providing creative and technical expertise while supporting the Director.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead landscape architecture projects, ensuring high-quality design solutions and efficient project delivery.
  • Collaborate with architecture, engineering, environment, and planning teams to create innovative landscape solutions.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resources.
  • Supervise and mentor junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and growth.
  • Perform all phases of the design process, including concept development, documentation, and report writing.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in landscape architecture or equivalent.
  • AILA registration is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of Western Australian environmental conditions and plant knowledge.
  • Proficient skills in Adobe Creative Suite and relevant CAD-based programs.
  • Proven project delivery and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
