We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Executive to provide confidential administrative and business support to the CEO and Commissioner.

About This Role

This strategic role provides high level, confidential guidance and advice to the CEO and Commissioner in a dynamic, fast paced environment. You will lead the forward planning and preparation of critical briefings, speeches, and documents to ensure the CEO is fully informed for meetings, events, and ministerial briefings.

  1. Draft and review papers for Board, Committee, and Senior Leadership Team meetings.
  2. Lead the SLT secretariat function including coordinating agendas, meeting packs, and tracking action items.
  3. Represent the CEO when required and manage cross functional initiatives.

To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate strong analytical and problem solving capabilities with a deep understanding of operations and the building and construction industry.
