Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic individual to fill the casual vacancy for Director of Operations for the remainder of the year.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with event management skills and a passion for empowering young Australians in Years 7-12 through global education. Our organisation aims to promote civic engagement and youth empowerment across Tasmania.

About the Role

The Director of Operations will oversee all operational programs, including State Conference, Evatt Competition, and Voice Competition. Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating with volunteers to plan and execute events across Tasmania
  • Creating and maintaining an operations calendar
  • Liaising between Convenors and the Executive team
Requirements

No prior experience is necessary, but any relevant experience is welcome. Successful applicants must be passionate about supporting young people's voices and promoting civic education.
