Job Description
As a Job Coach on our team, you will help individuals with barriers to entering the workforce find long-term fulfilling employment. You will interact with people across all stages of the employment placement journey and work closely within the team to deliver excellence in employment outcomes, through:
- Designing and executing tailored employment pathway plans.
- Ensuring quality and compliance driven outcomes to meet government contracts requirements.
- Supporting job seekers to develop confidence and build skills to re-enter the workforce.
- Helping employers find the right person for the job, through reverse marketing and cold calling.
- Building strong relationships with key stakeholders using interpersonal skills.
- Providing education on employment barriers and community stigmas to all stakeholders.
- Providing post placement support to job seekers and employers.
