RequirementsPrior experience as a chef with 7 years of on-tools experience and a qualified chef status.Must be confident presenting and have experience in coaching others on-the-job.Sound computer skills and excellent communication skills are also essential.A Cert IV TAE qualification is preferred but not essential.
