Job Title: IT Environment Transformation Specialist

Overview Reimagining IT environment delivery is a key challenge for businesses today. Companies are redefining how they deliver IT environments to improve uptime, reduce costs, and accelerate time to market through automated solutions.

About the Role:

As a technical leader, you'll drive our Environment as a Service (EaaS) initiative. You'll design, deploy, and optimize scalable cloud and on-premises application environments using your expertise in Azure Cloud, DevOps practices, and environment automation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality, fit-for-purpose environments for enterprise-level development, testing, and production.
  • Design and implement self-service, on-demand ephemeral environments with automated provisioning and cost optimization.
  • Build comprehensive automation solutions for environment management workflows.
  • Enhance visibility through dashboards and monitoring.
  • Optimize configurations for reliability and efficiency.
  • Drive continuous improvement in environment management processes.
Qualifications:
  • 8-10+ years of experience in Azure Cloud, environment engineering, or DevOps.
  • Strong background in CI/CD, automation tools, and Agile methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, AKS).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven success in managing complex environments and engaging cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a focus on automation.
