Job Title: Aesthetic Brand Manager

We are seeking an Aesthetic Brand Manager to join our team. This is a 12-month parental leave cover role, offering the opportunity to work on our latest innovation in aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • • Lead the execution of brand strategy and continued launch activity for aesthetic products.
    • Develop and implement the annual brand plan, including tactical marketing initiatives.
    • Manage agency relationships and oversee development of promotional and digital campaigns.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing activities.
    • Monitor sales performance, competitor activity, and customer insights to refine brand strategies.


Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • • Minimum 3 years' experience in brand management, ideally in aesthetics or related industries.
    • Strong project management skills with experience implementing brand strategies.
    • Proven ability to manage budgets and P&L.
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships across teams.
    • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
